Live in the Heart of it All

In 2025, construction will begin on a new residential complex in Beer Ya'akov, located near the cities of Nes Ziona, Ramla, Lod, and Rishon Lezion, with easy access to major routes such as Route 431, Route 44, and Route 1.

The complex will consist of three 22-story buildings with 282 apartments, half of which are designated for beneficiaries of the Ministry of Construction and Housing. Designed by Gordon Architects, the project will feature apartments ranging from 68 to 110 square meters, all available for rent for up to 10 years.

What Awaits You in the Complex?

The residential community will offer a vibrant community atmosphere with everything needed for a high quality of life, just beyond your doorstep  - green areas, playgrounds, walking paths, proximity to quality educational institutions, and easy access to major transportation routes. The project will feature public areas designed for the well-being of the tenants, along with amenities to enhance your living experience, such as a tenants' club and a gym.

In all Ashtrom Residence for Rent projects, you’ll have a dedicated community manager who will be your point of contact for any questions or requests, 24/7 management and maintenance services, and a tenant portal where you can access information, updates, and perform various actions quickly and efficiently.

In short, there's plenty to look forward to.
